PRIORITY 2 - 01/04/2024 - 29/04/2024 If no suitable are found as above, the local residency criteria will be opened out to nearby communities of Deganwy, Conwy Marl, and Llanrhos, then to Mochdre, Llandudno, Craig y Don, then to Penrhyn Bay.

PRIORITY 3 - 29/04/2024 - 27/05/2024 If no suitable occupiers are found as above, the local residency criteria will be opened out to the whole of the County.

PRIORITY 4 - 27/05/2024 If no suitable occupiers are found as previously noted, applicants who have previously lived in the County Borough, or in an adjoining rural community council area outside the County Borough.

You will be required to sign a Legal Charge which is a legal document that secures the 30% equity. Flintshire County Council will charge a fee of £300 for preparing this document.
