Priority 3: 18/07/2024 - 15/08/2024 If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or the qualifying criteria is extended to a radius of 30 miles within Wales, i.e. to Counties of Denbighshire and Wrexham, qualifying criteria as noted above

You will be required to sign a Legal Charge which is a legal document that secures the 30% equity. Flintshire County Council will charge a fee of £300 for preparing this document.
