Priority 2: 20/06/2024 - 18/07/2024 If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or 2, the qualifying criteria is extended to the whole of Flintshire, qualifying criteria as noted above.

Priority 3: 18/07/2024 - 15/08/2024 If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or 2 the qualifying criteria is extended to a radius of 30 miles within Wales, i.e. to Counties of Denbighshire and Wrexham, qualifying criteria as noted above
