The site will give you different options regarding affordable units, whether it is rented (intermediate rent) or purchase properties that are cheaper than properties that are for sale on the open market.
We hope the site will provide you with all the information you need on the various schemes and the criteria that must be met so that you can be approved and placed on the register.
The register will also gather information about the need for affordable properties in Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham and Powys. The information will be used to comment on planning applications as well as support the Councils and Housing Associations to plan for future developments.
