Once you start completing the form you must complete all questions and submit for consideration as the form does not save. Closing the form down will result in you having to re-start the application form from the start.

To complete the application form you will require :-

• Your details (e.g. National Insurance number);
• Family details if applicable;
• Current Accommodation;
• Previous Accommodation;
• Employment Details;
• Financial details such as income/savings/Universal Credit / Personal Independence Payment etc;
• Where do you want to live and what connection do you have to the area.
