Previous Accommodation; (Please note :- We require 5 years history of addresses.)
Employment Details;
Financial details such as income/savings/Universal Credit / Personal Independence Payment etc;
Where do you want to live and what local connection do you have to the area. (Local Connection you will have to have at least 12 months of local connection to the area you choose to live in to be on the register e.g. living, base of work or close family contact :- Parents, grandparents, siblings, adult children.)
The applicant will be required to comply with Local Connection criteria as noted on the property advert.
