The site will give different options regarding affordable units available, whether it is rented (intermediate rent) or purchase properties that are cheaper than properties that are for sale on the open market.
We hope the site will provide all the information you need for the available plans and the criteria that must be met so that you can be approved and placed on the register.
The intention of the register is to gather information about the need for affordable properties in Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham and Powys Council. The information will be used to comment on Planning applications as well as support the Councils and Societies to plan for future developments.
