has previously resided or has had a close family association in the said ward or been in employment therein for a continuous period of five years

Priority 2 - (27/12/2023 - 21/02/2024):

As per the S106 the residency criteria should be opened out to neighbouring communities of Brynyffynnon, Coedpoeth, Marchwiel and Ponciau

Priority 3 (21/02/2024 - 17/04/2024):

If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or 2, the qualifying criteria opens out to the whole of Wrexham County.

Priority 4 - (After 17/04/2024):

If no person qualifies in Priority 1, 2 or 3 all other Eligible applicants will be considered.
