vi)where the person is moving into the area to look after close relative/friend who (i) qualifies as above and (ii) is in need of substantial care and attention.
vii) a household containing a person on the Specialist Housing Register for Denbighshire
viii) a household containing a person on the Supported Housing Project List for Denbighshire
2.3 The locality is the town or community council area in which the application has been made.
2.4 Where no eligible household exists the time period listed in Sections (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) above can be reduced from 5 years down to 4 years.
2.5 Where still no eligible household exists the time period listed in Sections (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) above can be further reduced from 4 years down to 3 years3.
Where still no eligible household exists the locality is to extend to the adjoining town or community councils. Where no eligible household exists in adjoining areas, then the search will extend progressively outward by 5 miles radius until such an eligible household is identified and secured.
