  • Has previously lived/resided in the Community Council of Ruthin for a continuous period of 3 years and wishes to move back.
  • Has worked continuously in the Community Council area of Ruthin for at least 3 years, or retired from work in the locality within the last 2 years, following continuous work in the locality for at least 3 years.
  • A person who has vacated tied accommodation as their principal residence and who has lived or worked in the area of Ruthin for a minimum of 3 years.
  • A person who is a key worker, who works in the Community Council area of Ruthin and wishes to live in the locality.
  • A person who is moving into the area to look after a close relative/friend who qualifies as in (a)
  • If we do not have sufficient applicants as noted above, after a period of 3 months we will then consider applicants from the whole of Denbighshire, with priority being given to applicants who have a connection to Community Council area of Ruthin and neighbouring community council areas, qualifying criteria as noted above.
