Priority 2 (13/12/2024 - 10/01/2025) - If we do not have sufficient applicants from Rhuddlan, we will consider applications from the communities of Prestatyn, Rhyl, Dyserth, Bodelwyddan, St Asaph, Waen and Cwm.

Priority 3 (10/01/2025 - 07/02/2025) - Where no eligible household exists as noted above, the local connection will be extended outward by 5 mile radius until an eligible household is identified and secured.

Priority 4 - We can consider key workers working locally.

The tenancy is a 6 month Term Standard Occupation Contract / Tenancy, thereafter this continue on a month by month basis. Provided tenants keep to the terms of the tenancy, our commitment to you is a long term commitment.
