Priority 2 :- 20/01/2025 - 17/02/2025 Criteria as above extended to neighbouring communities

Priority 3 :- 17/02/2025 - 17/03/2025 Criteria as above, extended to the whole of Flintshire, and period of three years, is reduced to two years

After :- 17/03/2025 If no purchaser is identified from Priority 1,2 and 3, shall then extend ( in addition to the whole County of Flintshire) to the County of Denbighshire and County Borough of Wrexham and the period of two years mentioned in Priority 3 shall be further reduced to twelve months.
