Priority 2 – 25/03/2025 - 21/04/2025
Criteria as above, but opening out to neighbouring communities of Llay and Broughton Community Council Areas.
Priority 3 – 21/04/2025 - 19/05/2025
In the event of no intended purchaser being identified, qualifications as noted in 1), and 2) the local residency criteria is opened out to the Whole of Wrexham County Bourough Council.
Priority 4 - After 19/05/2025
