Priority 2: 15/04/2021 - 13/05/2021
If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or 2, the qualifying criteria is extended to the whole of Flintshire, qualifying criteria as noted above.
Priority 3: 14/05/2021 - 07/07/2021
If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or
the qualifying criteria is extended to a radius of 30 miles within Wales, i.e. to Counties of Denbighshire and Wrexham, qualifying criteria as noted above
You will be required to sign a Legal Charge which is a legal document that secures the 30% equity. Flintshire County Council will charge a fee of £300 for preparing this document.
We will require £75.00 assessment fee to cover our administration costs for the assessment. This fee will also hold the property for you whilst we carry out the necessary checks. This fee is non-refundable.
