Priority 2: 23/02/2024 - 22/03/2024 If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or 2, the qualifying criteria is extended to the whole of Flintshire, qualifying criteria as noted above.

Priority 3: 22/03/2024 - 19/04/2024 If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or the qualifying criteria is extended to a radius of 30 miles within Wales, i.e. to Counties of Denbighshire and Wrexham, qualifying criteria as noted above
