Criteria as above extended to neighbouring communities thereafter wards of Buckley Bistre West, Buckley Bistre East a Buckley Mountain or have a strong local connection to the Community, by way of having a parent, brother, sister, child, grandparent or grandchild who is resident in the Ward and who has been resident there for a minimum of three continuous years

Priority 2 :- 10/03/2022 - 06/04/2022
If no purchaser is identified from Priority 1, criteria as above extended to neighbouring communities Northop, Northop Hall, Ewlo, Penarlag, Penyffordd, Leaswood, Argoed and New Brighton.

Priority 3 :- 07/04/2022 - 04/05/2022
Criteria as above, extended to the whole of Flintshire, and period of three years, is reduced to two year

If no purchaser is identified from Priority 1,2 and 3, shall then extend ( in addition to the whole County of Flintshire) to the County of Denbighshire and County Borough of Wrexham and the period of two years mentioned in Priority 3 shall be further reduced to twelve months.
