grandchild who is resident in the Ward and who has been resident there for a minimum of three
continuous years.

Community of Buckley includes the wards of Buckley Bistre West, Buckley Bistre East Buckley

Mountain and Buckley Pentrobin.

Priority 2 :- 19/07/2019 - 16/08/2019

As per the S106 the residency criteria should be opened out to neighbouring communities of Northop, Northop Hall, Ewloe, Pen y ffordd,, Leeswood, Argoed and, New Brighton, qualifying criteria as noted above.

Priority 3: 17/08/2019 - 12/09/2019

If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or 2, the qualifying criteria opens out to the whole of
Flintshire, with 3 years reduced to 2 years

Priority 4: 12/09/2019

If no person qualifies in Priority 1,2 or 3 the qualifying criteria opens out to thewhole of Flintshire, Denbighshire and Wrexham, with the 3 year period further reduced to 12 months
