Priority 2 :- 25/03/2020 - 21/04/2020
Criteria as above extended to neighbouring communities
After 12 weeks
Priority 3 :- 22/04/2020 - 18/05/2020
Criteria as above, extended to the whole of Flintshire, and period of three years, is reduced to two years
After 16 weeks – 19/05/2020
If no purchaser is identified from Priority 1,2 and 3, shall then extend ( in addition to the whole County of Flintshire) to the County of Denbighshire and County Borough of Wrexham and the period of two years mentioned in Priority 3 shall be further reduced to twelve months.
