Community of Buckley includes the wards of Buckley Bistre West, Buckley Bistre East Buckley
Mountain and Buckley Pentrobin.
Priority 2 :- 06/03/2021 - 03/04/2021
As per the S106 the residency criteria should be opened out to neighbouring communities of Northop, Northop Hall, Ewloe, Pen y ffordd,, Leeswood, Argoed and, New Brighton, qualifying criteria as noted above.
Priority 3: 04/04/2021 - 30/04/2021
If no person qualifies in Priority 1 or 2, the qualifying criteria opens out to the whole of Flintshire, with 3 years reduced to 2 years
Priority 4: 30/04/2021
