(iv) A person who has vacated tied accommodation as their principal residence and who has lived or worked in the area of Denbigh for a minimum of 5 years.
(v) A person who is a key worker, who works in the Community Council area of Denbigh and wishes to live in the locality.
(vii) A person who is moving into the area to look after a close relative/friend who (i) qualifies as above in (ii) is in need of substantial care and attention
