This scheme is situated on the site of the former council depot that has been derelict for a number of years.
This development will deliver 24 new affordable and council homes.
The scheme has been designed to retain the existing mature tree line to the site boundary with all properties set back beyond this to minimise the impact on the existing properties in the area.
NEW Homes will be offering the following on the Intermediate rent:
8 x 2 bed houses
1 x 3 bed house
Applicants will be considered in this order:
Local connection to Dobshill e.g. living or working in the community for at least 12 months.
Priority 2 -
If no suitable occupiers are found as above, the local criteria will be opened out to nearby communities of Buckley, Penyffordd, Penymynydd and Drury.
Priority 3 -
If no suitable occupiers are found as above, the local criteria will be opened out to the whole of the County of Flintshire.
